Lab Technician

This sales and lab position requires weekdays, weekends and some holidays.
Full time and part time available.
Duties and Responsibilities for Lab position include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Answer phones and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Should be able to communicate professionally with customers in writing and verbally.
• Complete all work duties based on a priority basis and meets both customers and management’s expectations.
• Responsible for providing focused customer service during the water testing process.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand and follow procedures for lab and retail.
• Ability to use computers, computer programs and register.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the lab and all equipment to reinforce and demonstrate our professionalism.
• Stocking store/shelves, searching in inventory (able to lift 50lbs).
• Complete all tasks and responsibilities within a given time frame.
• MUST be able to sell products.
